I started the 2B Mindset a month and a half ago and I was skeptical at first. Now...weeks later..I'm a believer..I've lost a total of 18 lbs without exercising and just changing my mindset about the way I eat. I drink lots of water and my Shake everyday and I'm still trying new veggies to see what I like since before this program...I ate little to No veggies and I don't exercise much!! I'm still a work in progress but it's working and I'm excited!! It can work for you too!!
