Besides working out at home, my favorite thing about our programs is the variety. I could do a different workout every single day and would never run out of classes. There are over 700 classes of all types.
They add some more classes every few months. From cardio, to kickboxing, to boot camp, to weight lifting, to resistance training, to Pilates, to bodybuilding, to HIIT, to dancing, to yoga…plenty of variety for everyone. We even have a kids exercise program and a healthy cooking show.
